The DERM (Developing Emerging Researchers in Medicine) Initiative is a mentorship program I founded within the Life Skills for Youth Non-for-Profit Society. Our mission is to provide dedicated and aspiring undergraduate students with hands-on experience in clinical research, guiding them from project conception to manuscript preparation. We are excited to expand our team and welcome new members!
Who We Are Looking For
This is an opportunity for students who are passionate about medicine, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to impactful research. We seek individuals who are:

- šDetail-Oriented: Research requires precision and a keen eye for detail.
- š¤Collaborative: A strong team player who can communicate effectively.

Prerequisites for Applying
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate university program.
- A strong academic record.
- A demonstrated interest in medicine, public health, or a related field.
- Previous research experience is an asset but not required. A genuine passion for learning is most important.
